Detailed Signal Acquisition
The combination of 1GSa/s real-time sampling and 20Mpts memory depth allows the oscilloscope to capture longer time windows while retaining useful waveform detail. This makes the SDS200 Series suitable for examining digital circuits, sensor signals, power electronics, audio systems and embedded hardware.
Users can quickly characterize signals with 30 automatic waveform measurements. FFT spectrum analysis helps reveal signal frequency components, while cursor measurement and X-Y display provide additional tools for timing, amplitude, phase and component analysis.
Built-In 25MHz AWG on SDS200S Models
The SDS210S, SDS215S and SDS220S include an integrated 25MHz arbitrary waveform generator. The generator provides sampling up to 125MSa/s, an 8kpts arbitrary waveform length and an output amplitude range of 5mVpp–3Vpp into 50Ω.
Combining signal generation and waveform acquisition in one instrument simplifies circuit testing, teaching demonstrations and troubleshooting. Engineers can stimulate a circuit and observe its response without adding a separate benchtop waveform generator.
Save and Document Test Results
The SDS200 Series supports storage of instrument configurations, captured waveforms, reference waveforms, CSV measurement data and screenshots. These options make it easier to compare results, document experiments and transfer captured data for further analysis or reporting.
