TRONOVO TR1010B 100MHz High-Voltage Differential Probe

The TRONOVO TR1010B is a 100MHz high-voltage differential probe for safely presenting floating or isolated high-voltage signals to a ground-referenced oscilloscope. Its selectable 50X and 500X attenuation ranges support differential measurements up to ±150V and ±1500V DC plus peak AC, respectively.

A ≤3.5ns rise time, ±2% accuracy and strong common-mode rejection support detailed analysis of switching edges, PWM waveforms and power-conversion circuits. BNC compatibility and USB 5V/1A power simplify integration on laboratory benches, production lines and mobile test setups.
