The Linshang LS256 is a portable ultrasonic hardness tester that uses the ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) method to measure metallic materials with minimal surface indentation. Its integrated 20N probe is suited to finished components, coatings, plated surfaces, hardened layers, small parts and irregular workpieces where conventional indentation methods may be impractical.
