CHNSpec THC Series Color, Haze and Transmittance Meters

The CHNSpec THC-07, THC-08 and THC-100 are benchtop optical-analysis instruments for transparent and translucent plastics, films, glass and liquids. All three combine D/0 geometry, a 400–700nm spectral range, 21mm and 7mm apertures, ASTM and ISO measurement support and a 7-inch touchscreen.

The open measurement area supports large samples and either horizontal or vertical operation. Standard PC software enables online measurement, data export and report printing, while haze and transmittance repeatability of ≤0.03 supports demanding laboratory and production quality control.

• THC-07: Measures haze, total transmittance, spectral transmittance and clarity. Choose it for focused optical-transparency work that requires clarity data but not the broader color-index package.
• THC-08: Adds comprehensive color spaces, color-difference formulas, clarity, turbidity and liquid color indices such as platinum-cobalt, Gardner and APHA. Select it for the broadest solid and liquid optical-analysis workload.
