The RIGOL DG900 Pro Series combines dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generation with up to 200 MHz output frequency, a 1.25 GSa/s sample rate and 16-bit vertical resolution. Each channel includes 16 Mpts of arbitrary waveform memory as standard, supporting detailed signal creation for electronics development, communication experiments and automated testing.
Seven integrated functions cover standard, arbitrary, noise, pulse and harmonic generation, analog and digital modulation, and independent frequency measurement. A 7-inch touchscreen, Web Control, SCPI commands and USB-C power support allow the instrument to adapt to interactive laboratory work, networked automation and portable testing.

7-inch color touchscreen: Allows both channel waveforms to be configured, viewed and edited through a clear graphical interface.
7-in-1 Signal Generation Platform
The DG900 Pro Series integrates the following functions into one instrument:
- Function generator
- Arbitrary waveform generator
- Noise generator
- Pulse generator
- Harmonic generator
- Analog and digital modulator
- Frequency counter
This integrated platform reduces the need to switch between separate signal sources and frequency-measurement equipment during circuit development and functional testing.
Arbitrary Waveforms and Sequence Mode
RIGOL SiFi II technology generates arbitrary signals point by point with an accurately adjustable sample rate. Output jitter reaches as low as 200 ps RMS, supporting repeatable waveform timing and detailed signal reproduction.
Each channel provides 16 Mpts of arbitrary waveform memory as standard. The DG900 Pro-3RL option expands this capacity to 32 Mpts per channel. Sequence mode can combine up to 64 waveform events and apply up to 256 repetitions for complex or multi-stage test procedures.
Pulse, Modulation and Harmonic Generation
The DG900 Pro Series supports square-wave output up to 60 MHz and adjustable-edge pulse output up to 50 MHz, with rise times as low as 3 ns. These capabilities support digital circuit stimulation and transient-response testing.
AM, FM and PM provide analog modulation, while ASK, FSK and PSK support digitally modulated signals. PWM and SUM modulation extend the platform to motor-control, switching-power and multi-signal simulation tasks. The harmonic generator creates signals containing harmonics up to the 20th order for device and filter evaluation.
Independent Frequency Measurement
The built-in 7-digit counter measures external signals up to 1 GHz through an independent input. Users can measure an incoming frequency while both generator channels remain available for waveform output, reducing the need for a separate counter in many test setups.
Connectivity and Remote Control
USB and LAN interfaces support computer connection, data transfer and test-system integration. SCPI command compatibility enables repeatable automated procedures, while standard Web Control provides browser-based remote access without requiring a separate control application.
The USB-C power input supports operation from a compatible mobile power source, making the generator practical for temporary workspaces and field measurements where conventional bench power is less convenient.
