The UNI-T UT-M26 is a 16-channel logic analyzer probe designed for MSO1000HD Series high-resolution oscilloscopes. It connects digital signals from the device under test to the oscilloscope’s dedicated logic analyzer input, enabling engineers to observe digital timing alongside analog waveforms on a synchronized time base.

With two separate 8-channel groups, high input impedance and low capacitive loading, the UT-M26 is suited to embedded-system development, digital circuit troubleshooting, bus timing verification and mixed-signal debugging.

16 Digital Measurement Channels

The UT-M26 provides access to digital channels D0–D15, expanding the compatible oscilloscope beyond its four analog inputs. This allows multiple control, clock, data and status lines to be captured together for timing and state analysis.

Two 8-Channel Connection Groups

The digital inputs are divided into lower and upper 8-bit groups. This arrangement simplifies connection to 8-bit and 16-bit buses and helps organize related signal lines during circuit debugging.

Direct Connection to 2.54mm Headers

The probe can connect directly to 16×2 square-pin headers with 2.54mm spacing. This is useful for development boards, embedded controllers, FPGA systems and other digital hardware that exposes signals through standard pin headers.

Low Circuit Loading

An input impedance of 101kΩ±1% and capacitive loading of 9pF±1pF help reduce the probe’s effect on the digital circuit. This supports more reliable observation of logic transitions than connections with heavier capacitive loading.

Mixed-Signal Debugging

When used with an MSO1000HD oscilloscope, the UT-M26 allows analog and digital activity to be viewed together. Engineers can correlate power rails, sensor outputs and analog waveforms with enable lines, clocks, data transfers and other digital events.

Digital Bus and Protocol Analysis

The probe supplies the physical digital-channel connection required for logic analysis on the MSO1000HD Series. The oscilloscope can then use the acquired signals for digital triggering, event inspection and supported protocol analysis, including UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, CAN-FD, LIN and audio buses.

Fast Digital Event Capture

With a compatible MSO1000HD oscilloscope, the logic analyzer supports a digital sampling rate of up to 1.25GSa/s, record lengths up to 100Mpts and detection of pulses as narrow as 5ns. These are oscilloscope system capabilities enabled through the UT-M26 digital input connection.

Why Choose the UT-M26?

The UT-M26 unlocks the 16 digital channels built into the MSO1000HD platform. It is the appropriate accessory when development work requires more than analog waveform observation and signals must be correlated across digital buses, control lines and analog circuit behavior.
