The Linshang LS160 is a pocket-size window tint transmission meter for simultaneously measuring visible light transmittance, ultraviolet rejection and infrared rejection. Designed for window tint and solar film samples below 0.8mm thick, it provides immediate results for film comparison, product demonstrations, quality inspection and automotive tint sales.

Designed for Loose Window Film Samples
The LS160 accepts materials below 0.8mm thick, making it suitable for individual automotive tint, solar-control film and other thin transparent samples. It is intended for loose film testing rather than direct measurement of assembled automotive glass or thick laminated glazing.
Instant Measurement and Clear Display
Visible light transmittance, UV rejection and IR rejection appear immediately on the 128×128 dot-matrix LCD after the sample is inserted. The 0.1% resolution makes differences between film samples easy to identify during comparison and demonstration.
Real-Time Dynamic Calibration
When the measurement slot is empty, the instrument automatically returns to its reference state. This real-time dynamic calibration supports stable operation during repeated film testing and reduces the need for manual recalibration between samples.
Data Hold for Easier Recording
Pressing the HOLD button freezes the current measurement values on the display. The film can then be removed while the results remain visible for recording, comparison or presentation to a customer.
Portable Battery Operation
The LS160 operates on four replaceable AAA alkaline batteries. Low power consumption and automatic shutdown after 3minutes of inactivity help extend battery life during portable and retail use.
