The Hantek TO1000 Series is a family of portable multi-touch oscilloscopes for field diagnostics, electronics development, maintenance and education. The included 1GSa/s models combine 150MHz, 200MHz or 250MHz bandwidth with a choice of two or four analog channels, up to 8M memory depth and an integrated digital multimeter.

C models combine the oscilloscope and multimeter functions, while D models add a built-in 25MHz arbitrary/function generator. The 7-inch 800×480 touchscreen, rugged protective frame, adjustable hanging stand, rechargeable battery and Type-C fast charging support both bench and mobile workflows.

Key Features

  • 1GSa/s real-time sampling: Provides the acquisition rate shared by every model included on this page.
  • 150–250MHz bandwidth selection: Choose the bandwidth level that matches signal speed and edge-rate requirements.
  • Two or four analog channels: Select two channels for focused troubleshooting or four channels for multi-rail and multi-signal analysis.
  • Up to 8M memory depth: Retains longer acquisitions while preserving waveform detail for inspection and measurement.
  • 7-inch 800×480 multi-touch display: Supports direct waveform navigation and parameter adjustment through the graphical interface.
  • Integrated digital multimeter: Measures AC/DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, diode and continuity on every included C and D model.
  • Data recording and trend charts: The multimeter can monitor voltage, current or resistance changes over time.
  • 25MHz AFG on D models: Generates standard and arbitrary waveforms with AM/FM modulation for stimulus-and-response testing.
  • Advanced oscilloscope analysis: Supports multiple trigger types, automatic measurements, waveform storage and FFT spectrum analysis.
  • Portable power and charging: Rechargeable batteries, an 18W charger and Type-C fast-charging support reduce dependence on bench power.

Applications

  • Embedded-system and digital-circuit debugging
  • Power electronics and multi-rail waveform analysis
  • Automotive electronics and field maintenance
  • Electronics education and laboratory instruction
  • Signal generation, circuit response testing and FFT analysis with D models
  • Long-term voltage, current and resistance trend recording

Model Differences & Selection

  • TO1152C / TO1202C / TO1252C: Two-channel oscilloscope and DMM configurations with 150MHz, 200MHz or 250MHz bandwidth. Choose these for portable two-signal measurements without an internal generator.
  • TO1152D / TO1202D / TO1252D: Add a 25MHz AFG to the corresponding two-channel 150MHz, 200MHz or 250MHz platform. Choose a D model when signal stimulus and waveform measurement are needed in one instrument.
  • TO1154C / TO1204C / TO1254C: Four-channel oscilloscope and DMM configurations with 150MHz, 200MHz or 250MHz bandwidth. Choose these when several rails, buses or control signals must be observed together.
  • TO1154D / TO1204D / TO1254D: Combine four oscilloscope channels, the DMM and a 25MHz AFG. These models provide the broadest integrated test configuration in the included range.
  • Bandwidth selection: Select 150MHz for general electronics and education, 200MHz for broader development and service work, or 250MHz when the highest bandwidth in this family is required.

Why Choose the TO1000 Series?

The TO1000 Series combines oscilloscope acquisition, multimeter measurements, waveform generation on D models, data recording and FFT analysis in a field-ready touchscreen platform. The structured channel, bandwidth and function choices make it possible to match the instrument to the actual task without paying for unused channels or an unnecessary signal source.
